Our Client located in Adrian has a temporary part time Supply Chain coordinator position available

  • 8 am – 5 pm , 30 hours a week – some combination of that timeframe
  • Hybrid….more onsite to start, then 2 days WFH

Responsible for supporting a wide variety of supply chain functions including, but not limited to coordination of
freight, import/export, handling requests for misc quotes, working with plants and suppliers with regards to
qualifications, issues, performance and maintenance of supplier records.

Responsible for handling requests for quotes for packaging, MRO (maintenance, repair and operating) items
and logistics, along with understanding the lifecycle of the materials used.

Work closely with suppliers, freight carriers and custom brokers to direct the allocation of materials, supplies,

and products in the US and Mexico.

Track freight invoices and make sure they are flowing through the system and being paid accordingly.

Resolve any invoice discrepancies

Analyze price proposals, financial reports and other information to leverage the company spend.

Support activities pertaining to import/export which includes tariff codes and required documentation to

comply with import/export laws working with our Mexico contact for any product going into Mexico.

Actively supports and manages within Brazeway’s mission, vision, Code of Conduct and Process Based

Leadership guidelines.

Actively supports our 5S + Safety programs.


Work Experience Required

Bachelors in Business or Supply Chain preferred

Up to 3 years of experience in logistics or supply
chain role is required

Strong communication, analytical, critical-thinking
and customer service experience required
Working knowledge of Import/Export activities is
Manufacturing experience is preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
