Responsibilities:

Our client located in Adrian Michigan has a part time office position

JOB SUMMARY:
Answer phones
filing
incoming/outgoing mail
document and distribute estimate/material requests and follow up
enter/type proposals-computer data entry/copying and mailing
Miss Dig requests
Permits
Bid documents/prints-obtain and deliver
Maintain office supply inventory

PAYABLES
Purchase orders-Assign PO numbers, document purchases, follow up with invoices
Data Entry-enter invoices, credit card receipts, material slips
Verify statement information
Maintain vender contact information, pricing, certificates of insurance
Job Cost Entries

ACCOUNTS RECIEVABLE
Job set up
Maintain job number lists/books
Print job costs reports for billing
Prepare invoices for non-contract jobs
Compute monthly finance charges and print monthly statements

Qualifications:

Excellent Data Entry

Office Software: MS office, QuickBooks and Sage 300CRE is a plus

Education: Associates in business but not required
