How long does the hiring process take?

This depends on the position we have available and the qualifications of the applicant. For qualified, responsible applicants, the average is 1-2 weeks. However, the time frame can be as short as the next day. On the other hand, some job seekers struggle to find employment even after a long search. For all job seekers, we help by making recommendations on how to improve everything from interviewing skills

What jobs are available?

Does it cost me anything to work with you to find a job?

No. This is a free service to employees. Potential employers pay us to locate employees. You never pay anything!

Do you employ felons or people without a high school diploma / GED?

Yes. We do have some clients who do not care about background.

How often do I get paid?

We pay weekly, every Friday. We can direct deposit to your bank account, or we can issue you a pay card.

How long am I a temp / on your payroll?

You will work as a temp for 320 hours. After that point, your employer makes a decision as to whether or not to bring you on as a permanent employee. This timeframe may differ depending on the employer, but the minimum is 320.

Do you test for drugs?

Yes, we perform drug tests. Our drug tests include testing for marijuana. You can choose not to test for this, but it will limit your employment options. Most employers are not okay with their employees testing positive for marijuana. However, we do have some.

Can I test positive for marijuana if I have my medical card?

No, you cannot. Until marijuana is federally legal, almost all jobs require a negative test.
